Synopsis

The Head of the Spa heads to a vast country estate in search of a new product, while receptionist Rodrigo gets to meet his idol, dancer Amy Dowden. In the kitchen, stress mounts as the hotel's birthday party becomes oversubscribed. Engineering twins Alan and Trevor carefully remove the 500,000 pounds chandelier, and Executive Pastry Chef Andrew encounters an unexpected problem when the birthday cake gets stuck in a door.
